Beautiful ring, but have not heard back from customer support

I am absolutely in love with this ring. The only issue I have is with the size. The wrap fits perfectly and is a size 5, but the ring with the main stone is slightly bigger and spins on my finger. I’m not sure that is a size 5. I send an email right after I recieved it, but have not heard back. I also recieved a 2nd ring with this and it is so pretty! That ring is bigger too. I don’t believe it to be the size I ordered.
